WOW. The petals look soft, but they also carry a wonderful, papery texture. Fantastic lighting, and subtle, shaded textures. I really have to catch up on viewing, especially within your gallery, but I gotta say...WOW...there's some great stuff in here!

Wonderful shot and a very beautiful flower. I have them in my garden too. It's probabily a Japanese Anemone. It was a very succesful upload. I agree with the 116 other comments. Bravo, bravo.
