Description
The hills of the Blue Ridge Parkway taken about a week ago at the pinnacle of their autumn perfection. When standing on a ledge, and the view you see here actually surrounds you 360 degrees. There is no way a single shot can even begin to capture the feelings you experience of your senses being overwhelmed.
But I decided to try anyway.

Awesome! I was there about a week ago also, October 22. I didn't see those colors! I bet if I waited till the weekend or this weekend I would have seen that. Cool Shot! That's just amazing. We have mostly evergreen forests here, and while there are loads of maples etc, there are no views like THIS! Awesome stuff.
