Description
Cyan Elektra is a character I played for a number of years in
a Classic MSH based RPG online. She's the daughter of Hera
and Merlyn (the former Omniversal Guardian) and half-sister
of Roma. She's the goddess of technology & cyberspace, the
personification of electricity and the future.

Your idea is very creative. Maybe you could add a blue light or postwork a kind of blue aura around the stream so that the laser glowing would stand out more. Her pose looks very sweet. Good work at all.
