Description
When you go to the store here to buy hot fresh boudin this is how it will look and they will give you a whole link of it or more if you wish. Sold by the pound. One link will be around $1.50.
And it will full you up. may people buy it for breakfast or lunch here. fast food for it hot and cook already. all the store do is take it out the steamer and warp it up for you.
Now at the fest. they took tese links and cut them in three or four peices and put them in a little cardboard box and you give them one ticket and you get a peice of boudin to eat . like I say I was full after six peice and bought four to take home for supper or breakfast the next day. I ate it for breakfast. Just pop it in the micowave and out it came hot[ plus is was crayfish boudin lol I show that later on.]

I would like to try this dish, here in the UK it would also be called sausage, but the word boudin would be before it like Pork Sausage, Boudin Sausage, Beef Sausage. It sure looks tasty to a sausage eater, I already like Cray fish but would love to try this with the different spices in there. Excellent capture Jocko, I just ate breakfast and I'm feeling hungry again now. Lol. Superb work. Bravo!!!!!

Well the filling sounds good but I have to say the casing looks gross lol. But at least it's a real casing and not make of plastic like some of them taste like.
