Description

What's interesting, is that we can still hear the roaring further upstream. so we look to our left and see what some would call, mini-rapids. While the water from them is a bit noisier, it isn't the sound we keep hearing. as we look up into the canopy, we see trees leaning at fantastic angles along the upper banks. The afternoon sun slants through the tree, high-lighting the opposite shore, but as we can see, there are still some areas where the fae could hide. We can actually feel the cooling mist from the water dancing through the rocks upstream. It's so delightful feeling that mist and the air smells so fresh and moist, the scent of the fir trees just tickling our senses. Dipping our hands into the water, we can feel it flow past our fingers. We stand here for a bit, just filling our senses with all that's around us, the sounds, the smells, the wonderous sights and colours.... LoL... we both made mistakes on the same word - lol... you wrote: Dipping our hands into the wate, You meant water, but made a mistake of leaving off the r. I read it to say: Dipping our hands into the waste, ...lol, too funny. Nice, good looking picture.
