Description

Okay, it WILL be a boy! (I mean ... it's already a boy, he just hasn't been born yet!) My nephew-by-choice (Ben) and his wife (Tarah) are due in January. The shower is this Saturday, and I finished the blanket a couple of days ago in plenty of time. Now. Do I have any wrapping paper around here??? They're naming him Kaelen Lawrence. I can't wait to meet him! This is "before" and "after," by the way. Skeins of yard and the finished blanket. If you're not into baby blankets, just consider these to be texture shots. :) .......... Edit note: I forgot to tell you ... the color choice was based on the decor of the baby's room. Pale green walls, with Winnie-the-Pooh decorations.

Really excellent and original dedi for this cute baby! My own grandson is near to celebrate his first birthday so I'm particularly sensible to that kind of event, but here you are twice the artist, isn't it? So I give you TWO congrats! One for the blanket and one for the photo of it! Deserves a 10 (2x5)…
