I couldn't think of which I liked better for the title, so I put both. I drew this flower for my mother. I saw it in a dream a few times and then learned that it was a Calla Lilly. It wasn't until after I finished drawing it that I realized that it was for her, and so I wrote a poem. Look at me I’m all grown up But I sill need you just as much To help me out when times are bad To make be better when I am sad Even to scold me when I’m bad and calm me down when I am mad I’ll still visit when I can I’ll even let you hold my hand While crossing streets, we’ll have fun Almost like when I was young And we’ll bring back memories of when you forced me to say please And, oh, how I would always pout, Stomp my feet, yell and shout But now, I realize I am grateful Because of you I’m never hateful So mother all this is f or you For keeping me steady and true I’ll stick around until the end And now we really can be friends
