If it reminds of a painter whose forget-me-please pastels hang as prints on too many motel walls--it's an industrial style actually and a function of acrylics, mass produced in art schools nowadays--it is the wrong reminder. This has depth, and the technical is in service of the eye, not the reverse. It rains reflected light. The invasion is about to begin.
