Description

these are American Black buzzards and the lone bird above is some kind of hawk I think.the Buzzards in flight are the same ones sitting on the old water tower thanks for viewing and any comments

I have seen a raven fighting with a hawk in the sky. It was a healing thing. Like a close combat of a MIG and a Phantom. The big guy and his more agile opponent. Yesterday it was ants carrying a huge moth with larger ants as out riders.

When I see this, this song comes to mind - "Here we sit like birds in the wilderness, birds in the wilderness, birds in the wilderness. Here we sit like birds in the wilderness, waiting for our dessert." :) That's what it appears these guys are doing - they are waiting for something and I think it's dinnertime. (Did you see any roadkill nearby?) Great photo! Love the POV and the title. :)

We don't have birds as big as this flying free in the sky over the UK Richard, I think the largest here abouts is the Heron, but nothing like these quantities. Excellent capture, love the title. Bravo!!!!!
