why are the trees painted white? is because there is no street lights? interesting photo I would thing you could get lots of cool background shot where you live.is the path dusty or it that just texture?lol next question where do you live.

i take it the white pain on trees it to show that when the snow reaches that deep they will plow the street? nice shot i see winters not far off!

You find the lower trunks of trees painted like that here in the US to prevent against damage from beetles. Your street is a very pleasant setting and I must say, free from the usual litter. A nice place to call home.
