Oh this is very good. You built yourself a really nice and clean and yet well textured background. The strong rim lighting from the right realy showcases your character well. The scene has a very earthy and musty feel which contrasts wonderfully with the glowing globe. I would say this is one of your strongest recent works for sure.

I like it. She looks very serious, like she meant buisness. What you could do to add even more "magic" is moving her clothes a slight bit, so that it looked like her plasma ball heat the air and making some kind of wind.
