That's where Judy Garland was born. I knew it was oil on the water, which don't mix, even before I read your narrative. I see it on the streets after a light rain or while hosing down a driveway. Splendid abstract spectrum effects captured in this shot, Tunde!

I really like this Tunde! Lots goin' on! I'm gettin' an "outerspace" vibe...like a galaxy is being born (The Big Bang?) I also see what appears to be a monster or gargoyle in the reddish colored area (top middle and right) then again maybe its just me!
