Description

Located roughly east of the beautiful small market town of Keswick and often overlooked by its more popular and more publicised sister Lake Buttermere which attracts far more visitors, Crummock Water is 2 1/2 miles long 3/4 mile wide and 140 feet deep.Although rather less accessible due to the drive over some beautiful but in places narrow mountain roads and rather off the usual tourist beaten track it is certainly a most beautiful location to visit for either walkers or for relaxation by the crystal clear waters
