Adrea is Summoned before Varrak, the Master Gron of Darlis. No one knows where they had originated from only that they have always been the masters of Darlis and the human and alien residents alike. The Gron's huge bodies need the support of the Grav-Pallets as thier legs are thoroughly underdeveloped. They thrive in a hot humid atmosphere, one that Adrea could stand for only a little while. Fortunately, her meetings with Varrak were brief. Unfortunately, they usually meant a dark turn in her training or, perhaps, something more sinister.
