Ello Ello! The names Alice, I am from Santa Cruz Ca. but at the moment I live in San Jose Ca. with my husband and his family. I have been drawing for as long as I can remember and doing many other forms of art as well. Drawing has always been my favorite past time and most likely always will be. I am also into tattoos, piercings, and I am quite interested in most forms of body modification. I did my first tattoo at the age of 16. It was a tribal style half sleeve done with a ghetto tattoo gun( made out of a CD player motor, a metal pen, and a guitar string as a needle ) on an ex-boyfriend. Now Im nearly 21(Jan 20th) and Im married to a wonderful man, I have a pro gun but I cant get up the nerve to tattoo anyone but myself. My husband finally talked me into doing one on him but its was like pulling teeth, and I think I was more nerves than he was. I am putting my art out here to feel better about my skill and to try and get myself to feel that I made the right choice to become a tattoo artist. I hope to take some art classes some time soon so I can better my skill and help to grasp the things I can not do on my own. I really appreciate everyones kind comments and I hope to make more friends in the art community.
Thats me in the freezer and the gorgeous red head next to me is my best friend Tracey.

I adore the cartoon and your drawing as well. I like the change, although it looks like somebody took it out of a fishbowl and stuck it on land. Very nice job. I like the clouds in the background. It makes it look magical, in a good way. Kudos

Oh supper I never see 2D drawings any more, very nice hun. No I have not been to those for a few years now, and I do go to that and the Barter Fair up in Takilma Oregon, and I do and have done lots of Ren fairs. But I do live just up the road kinda from where they do the Concerts as I live near the Oregon border in a place called Klamath at the mouth of the river on the Ocean. And your welcome to come by and visit if your up my way. If ya come , contact me and I will give you contact and phone info. Love to meet and re-meet old Hippie friends from my past. Love the organic, almost tree-stump shape in the castle, and the cartoon-like play of the lines. And the cars look like they're decayed & on blocks: They're delightful in any case. They & the castle & fence are delightfully skewed & unkempt, w/ a real sense of child's-play and humor. Also a gentle graininess throughout & enchanting use of hues. You seem very comfortable with your medium, comfortable with what you apply and what you don't, and with infusing your inner imagery & imagination like sprinkling lights. This is a little joy. (I'll comment more as I get better...)
