In the town in which I grew up there were some old chestnut trees. They stood out in fall. Like a cherry tree a chstnut tree is easy to climb with a low crotch and plenty of easy forking large branches. When you start seeing squirrels with nose bleeds it's time to stop climbing. The branches are still large with no swaying or drooping. Here we have oaks. The crotches are way too tall for a kid.

Ken, I am being old fashioned...but I still like photos with the "natural" look. I appreciate all your post work and admit you are way ahead of me. However, I am interested in HDR and trying infrared in the future. I do like the way you have been able to reach back in your files and resurect some of your old images with new techniques/software. Nice job on this photo. Bill
