Hi my name is Clifford.
I have used a photo of me and Melinda my wife who has survived 26 years of marriage to me, she is my total inspiration in life. I was born in a small town called Barkly East in the Eastern Cape of South Africa. I enjoy photography and also videography. I currently live in Johannesburg and miss all the landscape, outdoor photography and snow one gets in the mountains..
We have three daughters and a son and of course a collection of pets. I do not enjoy a specific type of photography as they all lend their own opportunities. I am having to build up a major portion of my collection as I was foolish enough not to back up all the work stored on my laptop, it was stolen.
The Renderosity sight has taught me a lot as I am able to view work done by amazing folk
Best wishes to all and also to those who view my pictures

Stunning capture, very impressive.

It looks great as it is. But You could try cropping off that pole on the left and taking the grass away up to just below the flower below left of the bush on the right, and see what you think.

Excellent shot, beautiful landscape!

I am trying hard to give constructive critisism as this is a real stunning image just the way it is. What Andrea (durleybeachbum) said will definitely work. If you have access to Photoshop I would also maybe play around a bit with colour saturation just to pop the far mountains a bit and maybe make the sky a bit darker.

What an enchanting & magical world!

It's a splendid capture, Cliff. Personally I'd like to have taken it down half a stop; it would be even better with more detail in the sky and there's some latitude for more contrast in the landscape elements. But hey, it was obviously a fleeting moment; you shoot and hope. Apart from the angular jaggedness of the mountain ridge it could easily be Scotland. I like it very much.

Excellent!

Nothing to criticize here, this is gorgeous!
