The title really makes one look at the image. One wonders what happened, who got hurt? I think it was the man who's face is partially hidden. Wonderful capture of moment that many stories can be imagined!

I hope it was not you that was hurt, this is not that much different from our cafe's here in the UK, the lanterns look a bit on the low side, I wouldn't want to bang my head on one. Other than that it could well be a cafe on the North Road, London. A nice candid shot. Bravo!!!!!

slowly catching up...and i must confess (blindly) that I don't see the 'hurt' here, but I'm not very observant right now...I do see the wonderful tonal variations & how you use lanterns and lit surfaces and shadows to play across the picture. Music. The 'lead-in' to the Kyoto Japan print (via lanterns, space & shadow) is just wonderful; and it's another example of the photographer's art of "everything in a moment," a single moment loaded with intersections & energies all co-existing under one roof. This is beautiful, Nikolay.
