I have put this in the humor section even though it is, actually, quite sad.
My Canon Digital Ixus V2 camera is broken. :-(
The little switch for selecting viewer, movie or photo modes has ceased to function and it is now stuck in movie mode.
As I don't wish to make movies, it seems that its days of taking photographs have ended. This is a shame as it is my favourite for landscapes. I've taken some of my best Thames and Lake District shots with this camera. And, being nearly eight years old, there is no way it could be repaired.
To mark this sad occasion, I couldn't resist creating this Bryce tribute to my late, lamented friend.
Requiescat in pace.
Stop laughing at the back. :-p

...can't you just take a frame from the vid?...me,I'd chuck it off a tall roof and make a thousand little coffins...if and when my Fuji point and shoot finally dies....
