I hadn't done one of those complicated romance
poses in quite a while, so I thought I'd get in
the ring with another one. Vicky 4 finally getting
her significant other in Mike 4 seemed like a good
reason. And Pretty3d's sexy nurse outfit gave me
the setting. :)
