Description
inspired by the new game fallout3, I came up with this guy. I drew the character by hand, scanned and touched up with PS. I used a photo for reference on the background (not drawn out of my head). Messing around with filters, it actually produced some interesting results, but this is the one i felt like posting. I am new to PS and working with layers, so coloring and digital work period is not that easy for me just yet.
As with all work, it can always be enhanced and improved on, but as just a hobby, i didn't really feel like pushing this one. THANKS for viewing~ =)

Interesting art. Looks like a skull in the fire ball (cool). I like the poster look, nice framing. Great layout.
