Hello ! Here you have a leaf... or what is left of it :))) I got so in love with dry leaves. Why, because of November22´s wonderful leaf gallery WOOOOOWW LOOK http://www.renderosity.com/mod/gallery/index.php?image_id=1780681&member I can not make them look so gorgeous as november22´s, but I think this is beautiful too. Thanks for your kind comments to yesterdays post and apecial thanks to those who added it to favs. Have a lovely sunday. Sun is shining today but we still have strong wind.

another masterful shot, helle, and I agree with you about tim, he's outstanding. (Nice of you to point him out to others, he deserves lots of attention.) I've always loved the backgrounds in your macros, the delicious combinations of leaves and grasses and pebbles, or the textured ground or tiles against which you capture your leaves...but this leaf is against a photographer's blue, sheer & simple, and it lets the leaf speak to us as if from a portrait. The leaf is convoluted, and its decay is alive with yellows, golds & browns and it shines and hides and sings in shadow and light. A fav. This is beautiful.
