It is not easy to know what to write for things like this, for me. I wonder if anyone really cares about my life or what I think. Most of what I consider seems to be trite or just plain stupid.
What I do think is appropriate is to say thank you to everyone that takes the time to check out my pictures, those that leave comments, and to the friends that help with encouragement and advice. As the owner of the world’s slowest Internet connection (26.4 kbps on a good day), it is difficult to return the same courtesy. I hope that I will be forgiven for this.

Tyler you are the master of understatement! This goes far beyond Fantastic, and well on its way to Completely Aweinspiring! Your lighting and shadows are perfect. Your reflectins from the glow in her hand is really great! The only little thing that I can see that you missed is that there is no green glow on the sword, with it being a reflective serface that close to a light source it should have some green reflection on it. Other than that I can find nothing but perfection in this piece. Outstanding work Tyler!

Beaautiful and well done! BTW, for her, "Oops" is a 4-letter wood. :D

Really nice mix of light and dark; love the texture in her top (opinion; I might have cropped it shorter since she is topic, but is good as-is)

wonderful work! the lighting and especially the character coming in from the side, very dramatic.

I really love the dramatic composition on this one - and I agree with shadowhawk regarding the need for a smidge of reflected light on the sword. But this is only a nit - really fine fantasy piece here, great job!

WOW!!! And that's a shortfalling of my genuine reaction! That is a spectacular image! Her pose and expression are fantastic! The lighting and shadows are dynamic and powerful! I am, however, in agreement, with Shadowhawk and NetWorthy about needing just a HINT of the lighting reflected on the swordblade, but overall this is a fantastic image and definately a favorite!

Great use of lighting to help tell your pictures story! Excellent work. As for Charlie's comment about only getting 7 comments (9 now), just give it time. I'm sure you'll be collecting quite a following very soon. Count me in!
