Description

This is how it always starts. One zombie gets loose and the next thing you know it's a plague. Several firsts for me here. My first post here in several months. My first scene in Max 9, first with Vray, first time using hair. Another image done for Worlds of Wonder. Multiple passes in Max. I wanted to render with GI and all that jazz in Vray, but after rendering for like 9 hours it was barely even a quarter done. I just couldn't wait that long. I'll try it on my next scene, which is for a contest at CGSociety. There's quite a lot of post in Photoshop. I wasn't happy with the jeans so I redid those, touched up here and there, lowered saturation, did an HDRI pass and layered that on as a lighting layer, and so on and so on lol. Not entirely happy with it. I feel like the zombie should perhaps be larger, but then again, it renders better at this size.
