Description
I had an interesting thing happen to me quite some time ago. I was talking to one of my co-workers and she told me how things had gone wrong for her that day. The first thing that happened to her was that she spilled coffee on her clothes. Being the good Practitioner that I am, I had an answer almost instantly and it even surprised me. I told her "just because you spilled coffee on the outside doesn't mean that you spilled it on the inside." What am I getting at? We live our lives from the inside out. Regardless of what the appearances outside of ourselves may be... no matter what events are going on in our lives... nothing, but nothing can diminish the truth of who we are on the inside. Our truth is our personal power... the truth of our spiritual beingness is that we are always perfect, whole and complete... that we are that individualized expression of that One Great Cause... that One Great Cause that is pure perfection. Perfection can only know perfection and nothing less. That which is truly you is pure perfection. So dare to be that which you are... dare to dream that which you can be... dare to live that which you dream... and, most importantly, dare to believe that which you dream can and will take form in your life. Fill your dreams with passion... fill your life with passion. Live your life from a place of love, peace and harmony. Think it's hard to get to that place within you? Not at all... if you sit down in a quiet place on a surface that will allow your body to fully relax, there you can drift off into a meditative state by focusing on your breath. As you start to relax, visualize the hustle and bustle of your day evaporating away like heat rising from a side walk... you will slowly and quietly start to drift into that quiet space... that space which is the gap... that gap in between each moment of time. When you try meditating in a daydream like state, you will be amazed at how peaceful you will feel. It just might blow your socks off. How divine. How simply divine.
