I don't know if any of you ever did this, but as a family affair we casted our faces in plaster and painted and decorated them with the things we were passionate about. We did this about 12 years ago and I found this one I did of my face. I could have done better on the paint job, especially with the eyes, but the things I am passionate about are still with me: *The "Cross & Flame" pin is for singing in Choir at my church. *The black and white hands on the shovel represent the Kenya Project that I was a co-founder of and been doing for the last 22 years building water systems and water treatment works on a volunteer basis in Kenya for those that need it the most and can afford it the least. *The P-38 plane was for building model airplanes. I still like to do this, but have not built very many recently because of my focus has been in my many other creative ventures. *Computers have been my favorite tool both professionally and personally. *The cross on the shield represents my writings of my "Marked with a Cross" Trilogy, a series of novels taking place in the First Crusade. *Ax for my love of the outdoors. *The brass tag by my right eye represents being a Civil Engineer and Land Surveyor and the love for my work.
