Description

My son Joshua Funny how you buy kids toys but then they prefer to play with what they came in. Maybe we should just buy packing material for them :) This is actually some nappy boxes taped together into a tunnel.

I was born just before the war ended, and toys were a luxury. My second favourite think to do was cutting up newspapers to make chains of little people and making things out of Glitterwax, which predated Plasticine! But my most favourite was making mud pies and icing them with shiny wet mud, and then using woodlice as the cake decorations. The trouble was they would unroll after a bit and crawl away. And then I grew a up and became a potter and an art teacher! Maybe plastic and electric toys inhibit creativity....who knows? Gorgeous pic, by the way!

LOL... That is so true Martin. I found the same when my boys were little and now with Kayla. Joshua is a gorgeous little boy and I am sure a whole hand full. Don't worry - boys have more than one guardian angel!!!

Excellent image. Your son is so adorable! I had to laugh, as my son at that age, liked to play with pots and pans in stead of his toys, he was always messing up my kitchen while I was cooking. Enjoy him as much as you can, they grow up so quickly. Thanks for your kind words about our dog :)
