Nice use of shaders there. Like the sixties feel of the ships, and blue over orange is very striking. Little typo in the text, I think you meant to say 'domes' rather than 'dromes' Excellent

The grandfather of space art "Chesley Bonestell " would be proud !

Wonderful work as always. It really brought back how crushed I was as a little girl when I found out that my book about living in a space station was not about real life. Nostalgia at its best.

I just down loaded "Conquest of Space" a George Pal movie, from iTunes. The gods must be tiring to tell me something. Now I hate this term "POV". But I do believe that your POV hit the mark with this one. It has the look and feel of the 1950's. And as already stated Chesley Bonestell would be proud. I my be wrong but maybe the word is "drones".

SPACE 1959!!!! Exploring the cosmos with raw guts and pre-transistor electronics.... This is a terrific faux-Bonstell! I've been ransacking my collection to find the book that has his original image of the Mars expedition prepping their landing craft.....

You bring back memories of The Exploration of Mars by Wernher Von Braun and the series of articles in Collier's magazine about how we were going to conquer space. Those were the days. Outstanding!!!

Exactly the kind of book I was crazy for as a boy, with Mars only, let´s say, one decade away. Well, those visions vanished witout a trace during the age of shareholder value.

Very nicely done, I agree the blue over orange is very effective, excellent piece. This reminds me more of a technical piece than a comic/annual.
