Description

I cant finish this because I used the same pen on this one as I did on my last post. Plus once its finished I cant work on it any more, and I like working on this one a lot. Im gonna get the girl herself tattooed on the back of my left arm when I can afford a new tattoo. Im not sure if I was supposed to put violence advisory on this one because of the blood on the sword. If I so, Im sorry, just let me know and Ill change it.

If you hadn't said anything about the blood, I would have thought the marks on the sword were engravings stained red to strike fear into the hearts of the enemy!

Very beautiful. I love the way the bright colors make her stand out compared to the dull earth tones of the background. Very beautiful. I also like the tattoos on her. Kudos.

another fine & sensitive drawing from you w/ very nice detailing & also nice open spaces. I know you eventually want to do tattoos professionally (saw your bio) and I'm sure you'll be terrific at them, but I also hope you pursue drawing as well, as you are very sensitive at it and have a feel for the elements of your art. You put very nice motion & drama into intimate spaces—your composition here is very nicely done in a small space—& your feel for pen & pencil is quite intuitive. (Very nice shading in the gown too.) Another delightful piece from your gallery...

I love your art -- but why, oh why, the urge to disfigure yourself with tattoos?? Guess it must be a generational (or cultural??) thing. Whatever, be happy !!
