Description
I know I didn't do this very well....but I think it's obvious the effect I was going for. My lines are a bit shaky, and I ended up doing something funky with my hand that's reaching and holding onto a branch...So I'd like to know what everyone thinks of this one, and to please let me know how to improve with this effect. With your suggestions, I'll try it again. This picture was taken by a friend of mine, Sarie, in Hollywood Cemetary, with my camera.

I think this is a very good looking pose and portrait. Very nice use of Photoshop filters, too. Good work!

Assuming you're using Adobe's Photoshop: First, good eye for detail yet I know you're using a mouse here so there's room for improovement until we can all paint on-screen:) It's a great idea to use multiple mask layers, use lab colors, and use adjustment layers like Hue/Saturation and adjustment layer Contrast/Brightness. If you need some pointers, just give me a site mail. I usually answer within 3 days.
