Description

These bushes and trees are all trimmed to look like animals. The moist, warm tropical climate allows the plants to just grow constantly without having to be watered. This public park is in the old Colonial District, Singapore. This picture was taken in January 1996 and later scanned. I would love to have a walk around at this place Sig, the trees beyond here look quite interesting as well, I like all topiary, I just haven't got what it takes to create it. One of the garden centres near to where I live sells the wire frames so that you can train your own privets to grow through them. Then you just have to trim them back, when the frame gets overgrown. The easy way. Excellent capture. Bravo!!!!!
