I doubt there is anywhere else in the UK that this could have been taken.
This is the top of Wharfedale in Yorkshire.A wonderful place to see with many fascinating features.Rambling hills and dales absolutely ideal for walkers.Waterfalls and rivers..hills with jagged escarpments.Old dry stone walls and barns,sheep and cattle peacefully feeding off the land.Tiny village hamlets,farm buildings on the hillsides..dogs rounding up the sheep.It so often seems a different world.

an almost surprisingly geometric composition of such a natural scene. it reminds me of how much man has shaped this countryside. was this once all forest? as was mentioned above, great lines and light.
