It never ceases to amaze me how quickly most dogs and cats recover from this type of surgery. And then there was my Gilda who refused to stand or sit, and howled for 2 days until I ran her back to the vet thinking she was dying. turns out she is just an overly dramatic weiner dog! It was 5 days after surgery when she took her first steps out from her bed and in less than a day, she was all over the house like nothing had happened...but oh! that first weeks was just awful for us all! :-) Great collage.
