Description
This is the result of a challenge to model a breaking ocean wave. The basic shape of the wave was modeled in Wings3d and imported into Bryce 6.1 with not mats.
Very limited post work in PSP.
Thanks for all the kind comments in the past. What do you think?
Best viewed full size and from about 100 feet away! LOL

The breaking action and movement is superb as is the color scheme you used for it. Really well done and a pleasure to view. And please, stay right here where you belong.

Totally "surfeable". Great work.

Awesome waves Dude. :)
InfernalDarkness
Looks great! I don't think the distant landscape looks convincing, though. Needs some haze to "set" the distance, and perhaps a treeline or beachline? The wave material and geometry works VERY well, perhaps more spray or random water droplets? Multi-replicate some tiny spheres and scatter them around?
skiwillgee
InfernalDarkness is correct in the observations. I didn't spend time on the background because the challenge was the wave (and I was tired of working on it, LOL)
Rayraz
