Wow, magnificent textures and lighting! It looks real. I could be mistaken, but there seems to be a bit of Moire pattern, a visual interference, in her panty. This could be solved by using a bit of texture anti-aliasing.

Very nice render, though I would have liked the spot light defined with a little wider angle in oder to get a little more detail from her face (but this is only minor). All in all a very good realisation. Love the photo-realistic touch, the textures and the shimmer on her skin. A 5+++!!!
