All Terragen? I think jeffus has it right and that foreground has been post-worked in. Even so, a spectacular image and masterful blending. Excellent work. :-)

The atmosphere is great. Although I'm not a fan of postworking it doesn't look bad. Anyway, I have the feeling that the perspectives of the render an the photo aren't identical, that looks a little bit strange. Greetings
