Wow - I love the colors and patterns/design in the dress; and I love hair in the wind; always like to have wind blown hair. Tiny thing (my opinion) perhaps the back of dress should be floating to her left with the wind also? Or maybe it's just turbulence since she's so high up :-)

I love how her outfit looks and the scenery. I like how her hair looks as well. My only critique is that while I like the lighting generally I think it's a bit too dark for the image you are doing.
