Description
The car was outlined in Illustrator 9 and then "colored-in" with PhotoShop CS, and yes, it's based on an actual car.

It's not specifically unsafe or a big polluter but it doesn't hew to those rules any more than to what makes a streetable car. What gets left out is what doesn't act.
