does anybody know how to fix the white spots on her dress?

The spots you're talking about appear to be artifacts caused by recent versions of the D/S render engine. I haven't found any way to fix them within D/S, I've had to resort to postwork to color them out, I hope they fix this soon...

Excellent work, on this beautiful scene, I also fix the spots in photoshop. You did also a excellent job on the lighting....well done.

she is really pretty great job i have the same problem sometimesi change the lighting,sometimes it works sometimes it in photoshop.

She's beautiful. Excellent pose. Something else you can try for the white spots, go to the advanced surface tab, and I'll bet the setting is "plastic" change it to mat and it will reduce the "shine" on the dress.
