Description
I think I have mentioned before that my office is situated within a park area. It is called 'The Woodlands' and apart from only indigenous flora, it also hosts various mammals like Springbuck, Hartebeest, Dassies and other animals such as tortoises, squirrels and many birds species. They have built walkways all around the perimeter passing three dams and a bird hide with benches everywhere to rest the tired legs!
I went there for a walk on Sunday afternoon and shot loads of pictures. This image was actually a bit of a lazy shot. We were at the end of our walk and I was sitting on the lawns when I saw the sun peeping through the tree tops and playing hide and seek with the deeper shadows... Well here is the result with a little postwork in CS3.

This is not how I envisioned South Africa Carin, such lush greenery as this. It sure looks like a great place to have a stroll, and to have the chance of bumping into animals like the ones you mentioned, it must be a magical place. Superb capture. Bravo!!!!!
