Description
Source of image was a digital photo I took. I removed the background using PSPP Ultimate ver 2, then substituted a photo I took of a sky...And merged all layers...
In PSPP I ran Topaz-Adjust and Topaz-Denoise until I got a somewhat painted look... I then brought the image into Corel Painter IX.5 where I used the image as a clone source to create a painted image...
The "Girl and the Hat" was then brought back into PSPP where I added some Art Media chalk brush strokes, added the border and my name...
