Description

I captured this tortoise on Sunday when I went for a walk at The Woodlands at my office! We had such a laugh at this fellow. He was clearly on a mission... If a tortoise can run... this one definitely did the 100m in record time. He was oblivious of Bruce and I photographing him and just remained focused on his goal - whatever that was... *smile* Wishing all my US friends a very Happy Thanksgiving. Thanks for clicking in and for your valued comments and favs on my 'sky' upload of last night. Hugs, Carin xx

A fabulous portrait to be treasured forever, Carin! I love the textures displayed on its head, legs and carapace. It is obviously determined to strive ahead, come heck or high water.
