Description

Shot this back in August 2007 on a photography trip to Lake Murray with Firesnuffer. Funny how a shot that doesn't appeal to you at the time it was taken, will suddenly spark your interest later going through the archives. I found this a few days ago looking through some earlier works, had to pull it out of the mothballs and share it. Thanks for your views and for your comments. Hope all had a great thanksgiving day and not to sick for all the great food.

Yes you are right... sometimes when you look back at your own work, its like.... you can see it from an objective standpoint! This is lovely though, the utmost calming and reffreshing colours... excellent textures as well! Exquisite macro!

This is wonderful. I love the way that the insect's colouring mimics the flower..I'm surprised with that much camoflague that you saw it lol... I try to look for things like this but fail lol.. super shot!
