SCENE:
Man walks into a coffee shop
Sits down, glances about
Waitress appears, over man with
Cup/saucer one hand, coffeepot, other
You gonna be hungry?, she kinda yells
at the man's left ear.
Man first thinks, ...(shhh) ah-no, not another Sam Kinnison fan?
Man turns, looks up into waitress' eyes and says, Yea,
I'll take Corned-Beef Hash and two fried eggs?, with a questioning tone.

...darn it,
doorbell rings...

...no, thank you - yes
Usually, if I need some things
I go out and get them.
Thanks, again.

Came back to the coffee shop and all was gone
Muses left
No worries
