Yep I was out at Lake Okeechobee again Saturday...I have posted soooo many sunsets over the lake thought I'd take shot of the Locks. Thank you for comments on Blue Ladder....it is kind of a fun photo.

Locks? In Florida? Why??? You don't have any elevation! Okay ... all that aside ... This is a gorgeous shot! I love the colors, and the silhouettes are wonderful. One of the random bits of information that live in the corners of my brain is that Lake Okeechobee is only 30 feet deep at its deepest point. That's pretty impressive!

This is super! I love the subtle grades of color in contrast to the sharply defined silhouette. The combination of mad-made-regular and in conjunction with the more freeform "natural" is well balanced here. Well done!
