Description

Alpine homesteads are relatively small. Therefore, the hay must be carried down by the alps, which was stored during the summer in small barns. This ordinarily happens with big sledges on alp ways. But sometimes, if its possible, a lot of farmers use a shorter way downhill.... Wanted to show you my work without any postwork. I have tried to create the powder snow under the sledge with alpha maps. But there is an ugly shadow-edge from an alpha in this image. Later I have to do some postwork again...

The shadow almost looks like it is of the sled driver and not that distracting. Super stuff Helmut.

That's a fun scene (wouldn't like to try it myself though ) with wonderful lighting and mats, the snow especially is cool (scusie the pun), and I agree with Ken, the shadow looks fine.
