no cartoon urine was wasted in the making of this statement of disgust with a certain family.I was not going to post this until I seen Hopalong's name in a gallery and he is the king of political dissent .the guy relieving his self is a cousin of Calvin that has been seen on bumper stickers giving his opinion on different subjects not the opinion of the management the busts are south of Houston on highway 288 thanks for viewing any any political wrangling

Thanks for the advance notice, richardphotos. Right on target, I see, if a bit of a waste of high quality virtual urine. As it turns out, impeachment is not subject to the ex post facto restriction because it is not a trial, and has none of the constitutional restrictions of trial law. It apparently is also possible to impeach retroactively even after the impeached has left office, going back to a date certain after which all his or her acts would be canceled. Then, naturally, there is the matter of various retirement benefits and privileges. Despite Pelosi's opposition (she should be impeached as well for that), some of these matters have been discussed by Conyers, who, contra Pelosi, wanted to impeach, as Kucinich actually moved very courageously, in regard to both Bush and Cheney.

The whole thing was made to be seen from the back with Bush on the right and Kennedy on the left. That guy is a Bosnian saying farewell to his comrades in the way taught by Milosevic and Karadzik.
