My wonderful friend Helle (Helanker) has told me how much she likes my shrubs in their natural state...so Helle: This is for you! All the shrubs I've ever uploaded to this site au natural. I only added one border (bottom guy), and background color (next one up--the paper was a mess!): Otherwise, my scruffy little shrubs in the buff!

These are all top notch pieces of art: each one is painstakingly done and the feel of Asian calligraphic art is gorgeously captured. I like the textures in particular, and the dance-like qualities that the brush strokes convey...in their own ways, these are kinetic art--they give such a strong sense of wind-motion, of dance, and they are also gorgeous examples of visual haiku, as each conveys a mood. Brilliant work!
