Yes...I've seen him actually pushing his music machine rather than playing. Another aspect on activity on the Bridge superbly illustrated. love the hat and trimming,,,, pity no one seems to be paying attention..

I've seen this guy so many times. He has his own spot on the Bridge. Must be where his license says he can perform. This shot brings back memories, and it's a fantastic photo.
