Description

The Ares-Draconis Brotherhood is the most militant of the Ten Houses of the Terra Protectorate. Their seat of power is the planet Guerra in the Washington System. It is the home of the Protectorate Colonial Marines' War College. It is also the core world closest to the border with the Protectorate's most staunch enemy, the Imperial Consortium. This is not by coincidence. Brothers and Sisters of Battle (as they are known) can usually be indentified by their extensive tattoos. Taking from both Asian and Middle Eastern martial traditions, Brothers and Sisters of Battle mark the beginning of every day by turning toward Sol and praying before beginning rigorous katas. Many people assume they are praying toward Earth. They are not. They are praying toward Mars, the red planet named for their clan's patron deity.
